Add the products you wish to purchase to your cart.

Once you add a product, you can continue either by adding other products, removing a product, updating the quantity or by completing your order.Upon completion of the order, you are asked to enter your email and password if you are a registered user, otherwise you have the option to create a new account or continue your purchase as a visitor. Whencreatinganaccountorpurchasingasavisitor, youareaskedtoenter all necessary information.

• Choose the order payment method.

Upon completion of your order, you will see your total aggregate order containing all the details submitted so far.

If you proceed to the completion of your order, you are logged in with our third party payment service provider to complete the payment of the agreed price and finally click on completion of the order. Select preferred method of payment.

Upon successful completion of the payment, you receive an automated order confirmation message, which is also sent to you at the email address you have given us.

In case you choose to pay your order with cash on delivery (the delivery is valid only within Greece) then you will receive the order confirmation under which you will be delivered the products subject to the appropriate payment upon delivery.

The call center operates from Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 and Saturday 09:00-15:00.

The procedure followed is the same as online ordering.

If for any reason there is an unexpected shortage in any of the products you have ordered and / or a product will be available after the delivery time stated in our online store and / or there is a problem with anyof the products included in your request, then our Company will make every effort to contact you either by the email addressyouhavesubmitted, or by direct telephone contact with you through a representative (or in all of the above ways) in order to arrange the modification, correction or cancellation of your order.If it is not possible to communicate with you for 7 businessdays, then your order will be executed where available and will be canceled for the remainder.

In any case, any modification of your order will be sent to you again with a new message to the e-mail address you have given us, and this message will also be the confirmation of your order under which your order will be executed.

Also at www.madeinrhodes.gr you are given the opportunity to choose whether you wish a retail receipt or an invoice issued.

Invoices are issued to companies and freelancers if they fill out the following information when ordering: Company name, VAT registration number, Tax Code and profession for freelancers (valid only within Greece)
